Stefani is a Registered Dietitian who received her degree from Texas State University in Nutrition and Dietetics, and she completed her postgraduate work through Iowa State University. She also is a Certified LEAP Therapist specializing in food sensitivities. Stefani continues her education in Functional Nutrition focusing on wellness, gastrointestinal distress, autoimmune diseases, heart disease, diabetes, and food sensitivities. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, and Nutrition Entrepreneur dietetic practice groups.
