WARNING: Do NOT be on prescription drugs for hypertension or heart disease, and alternative cancer treatments, at the same time. Blood thinners, hypertension drugs, etc., combined with alternative cancer treatments, can lead to unpredictable, and possibly dangerous, results. Also, if you have blood clots or plaque that have already been released, or are about to be released, into the bloodstream, there are no alternative treatments that will be able to dissolve these things in a short amount of time.
However, a person can take blood pressure medications and alternative treatments for blood pressure. It is CRITICAL to monitor the blood pressure several times a day and when the blood pressure drops too low, to stop the prescription drugs for blood pressure.
I visited a good friend of mine at the hospital and later at his home. He had had a quadruple bypass. I asked him how long he had been on cholesterol drugs. He stated: 6 years.

Causes of Heart Disease
I am only going to talk about the things that the orthodox medical community does not talk about (i.e. they talk about tobacco, salt, fats, etc.).
But first I want to mention a superb book by a natural medicine researcher named: Dr. Hans Nieper, MD. Best known for his cancer clinic, the late Dr. Nieper was also an expert in heart issues. His book is highly recommended for anyone with heart issues.

Chlorine in Drinking Water
While fluoride in drinking water, especially when used in aluminum pots and pans, causes such diseases as Alzheimer’s, chlorine is a major cause of heart disease:
From 1920 onwards the explosive increase in the incidence of cardiovascular disease and fatal heart attacks began, but only in countries that chlorinated their water supplies. These diseases remained unknown, for instance, in China, Japan, Africa and ASIA. However, when Japanese citizens immigrated to Hawaii where water was chlorinated, they suffered the same rate of heart attacks as the Americans, and the black population in the US have the average US rate of heart attacks but not their brothers in Africa. Inhabitants of the non-chlorinated Roseto in Pennsylvania remained free of heart attacks unless they moved to a chlorinated area.
In 1967 a Dr J. Price in the US performed a decisive experiment. With one group of 50 three-month-old chickens (cockerels) he added one third of a teaspoon of chlorine bleach to about one liter of water whilst another group of 50 chickens served as controls. Seven months later over 95 per cent of the chlorinated group had advanced atherosclerosis, yet none of the control group showed any such evidence.
In the following years Dr Price repeated his experiment many times, always with the same results, and recently even researchers funded by the US Environmental Protection Agency have confirmed atherosclerotic type changes in other animals, including monkeys, when exposed to chlorinated water.”
Pasteurization of Dairy Products (i.e. Dairy Products)
This quote is adequate to explain one of the many things that has gone wrong in American health:
Now, milk is no longer a cure for any disease – on the contrary – natural therapists generally regard milk as disease forming … and heart disease is rampant. The difference? Heating over 50 C destroys the enzymes plentiful in raw milk.
While many people say that homogenized milk has had key enzymes destroyed, it may be that an enzyme that does not get destroyed may be a direct cause of damage to arteries. Need I even mention the growth hormones that now find their way into milk, or a host of other problems with dairy products these days. Nevertheless, margarine is so bad for a person (due to trans-fatty acids) that butter is still consumed by some health conscious people.
An Acidic Diet
Over the past several decades the soil has become more acidic due to farming practices and the very poor judgment of government officials. This has led to more acidic foods than were produced in prior generations. But also the way food is processed and the things we eat lead to a highly acidic diet. This acidic diet can lead to heart disease for a number of reasons:
An acid diet not only causes acidic wastes in the blood, but it also creates an environment that virus, yeast, fungus and bacteria can thrive in. These microbes are also a major cause of heart disease. Actually, it is the waste products of these microbes, called “mycotoxins,” that do most of the damage.
Trans-fatty Acids (i.e. Partially Hydrogenated Oils)
Every cell in your body has cholesterol on its cell wall. If it weren’t for this cholesterol your entire body would literally melt in the rain. You would be a pool of water. Trans-fatty acids are so structurally similar to cholesterol that the slightly different trans-fatty acid molecules can become part of a cell’s wall.
But trans-fatty acids are shaped differently and are more rigid. For these reasons, when enough trans-fatty acid molecules are attached to a cell wall, large molecules, such as insulin and oxygen clusters, cannot get into the cells. This is why trans-fatty acids are a major cause of heart disease and Type II diabetes. By stopping large oxygen clusters from getting into the cells, trans-fatty acids may also cause cancer.
Metabolic studies have shown that trans fats have adverse effects on blood lipid levels–increasing LDL (“bad”) cholesterol while decreasing HDL (“good”) cholesterol. This combined effect on the ratio of LDL to HDL cholesterol is double that of saturated fatty acids.
Trans fats have also been associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease in epidemiologic studies.”
MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) – Contains Sodium
MSG is known by over 30 different names (e.g. “yeast extract”), so you are never quite sure when you are eating it. Here is a rule of thumb – if it is a processed food that tastes good, it probably has MSG in it (or by one of its other names).
So what do they do instead? They hide the ingredient in another ingredient called “yeast extract”, then they put yeast extract in the product and list “yeast extract” right on the label. So this is the scam: all sorts of natural health products and vegetarian products are using chemical taste enhancers in the form of yeast extract but failing to disclose to consumers that they actually contain MSG. And if you look around at the natural health products in health food stores and grocery stores, you’ll find that yeast extract is a rather prominent ingredient. It’s used in soups, in vegetarian mixes, in some tofu mixes, and even so-called natural frozen foods.
I can personally verify that yeast extract has the same effect as MSG, because I am an individual who is extremely sensitive to MSG. Upon consuming even a small amount of MSG, I experience a severe headache that lasts for 6 to 8 hours. Consuming yeast extract causes precisely the same effect as consuming MSG.
In fact, food manufacturers don’t deny that yeast extract contains MSG — it’s something that’s well-known in the food manufacturing industry. What’s going on here is a blatant deception — an attempt to mislead consumers by essentially renaming dangerous ingredients with harmless sounding names such as “yeast extract”.”

MSG is also called an “excitotoxin,” meaning it causes depression, brain cancer and a whole host of other mental and medical problems.
Aspartame (e.g. Equal, NutraSweet, Diet Coke, etc.)
Aspartame artificial sweetener is found in many thousands of products. Like MSG, it is an excitotoxin and it is best known for causing depression and brain cancer. However, not to be outdone, it also causes heart attacks.

I suspect there are a whole host of other things that cause heart disease, hypertension, etc. Perhaps now the reader knows why so many people only eat “whole foods” (meaning unprocessed foods, usually uncooked, frequently organic), and natural water.

A Superb Product – Coral Calcium
The best source of information about calcium ions is a book: The Calcium Factor: The Scientific Secret of Health and Youth, by Robert R. Barefoot and Dr. Carl J. Reich, M.D.
It may be that coral calcium (which is the best source of calcium) is one of the most important supplements a person can take to prevent or treat heart disease and hypertension. Since dairy products are a major cause of heart disease, coral calcium has become an important source of calcium.

If You are At Risk For A Heart Attack – READ CAREFULLY
If you are at risk for a heart attack, you need to carry some high quality cayenne pepper oil or liquid with you at all times. If you do have a heart attack, first call 9-1-1, then put some of the cayenne pepper oil under your tongue. By the way, try this before you get a heart attack just to see what it feels like. You may want to mix something with it so you can tolerate the sting.

Both this book, and the Karl Loren tape mentioned above, mention chelation therapy (e.g. oral chelation therapy or EDTA chelation by I.V.) as a critical treatment for existing heart disease. The book also mentions other things.
The Good Things – Supplements
There are some absolutely superb articles in the links below. The things I want to emphasize are these items (the first 4 items are at the heart of the Dr. Matthias Rath Cellular Solution [Dr. Rath personally worked with two-time Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling]:
1) Vitamin C (start at 1.5 grams a day, build up to 6 grams a day)[Warning: When taking high doses of Vitamin C, do NOT buy products with added minerals, such as iodine, potassium or magnesium, this could lead to an overdose of the mineral.]
2) Oral chelation therapy using Karl Loren products (this is very critical if you currently have heart disease or are at risk). Both Vitamin C and oral chelation therapy (or EDTA chelation by I.V.) chelate heavy metals. Email this web site and ask for a copy of the tape: “Oral Chelation Summary” by Karl Loren:
3) NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) and/or Chlorella [required to chelate heavy metals from the veins]

The Good Things – Required Foods in Your Diet
1) Omega-3 (e.g. walnuts, fish oil or refrigerated, liquid flaxseed oil) Liquid products should be mixed with a cup of cottage cheese or a glass of skim milk to make the omega 3 water soluble. This combination of omega 3 and sulphur proteins (from the small amount of dairy) will also help you prevent cancer. Dairy products are known to be a major cause of heart disease, so do not drink or eat any more dairy products than required for the omega 3.
2) Pomegranate seed oil or pomegranate juice (make sure the pomegranate seeds are processed in the juice)
3) Purple, red or black grapes or grape juice (make sure any juice does NOT contain added sugar) – these have been proven to have a direct affect on reducing heart disease. White or green grapes are not as good.
4) Natural Fiber (absolutely required every day). In order to get this fiber it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you eat celery PLUS take a Metamucil type of product every day.
5) At least two eggs a day. Orthodox medicine, in their quest to suck your bank account dry, says that cholesterol is bad for you and that you should lower your cholesterol. The truth is that cholesterol is critical for your brain and heart. See this video:
The Very Bad Things to Avoid
1) Virtually eliminate from your diet all sugar, trans-fatty acids/hydrogenated oils (e.g. margarine, French fries, etc.) and all other heated oils. Trans-fatty acids are KNOWN to be a major cause of heart disease.
2) Virtually eliminate all dairy products from your diet (see exception above with omega 3). Dairy products are KNOWN to be a major cause of heart disease.
3) Avoid any form of caffeine, especially coffee, tea or caffeine soft drinks (e.g. Coke, Dr. Pepper). This does not apply to truck drivers who need to stay awake, but be aware that their bodies will form an immunity to caffeine. Caffeine restricts the blood vessels. If you must drink coffee make sure you use a high quality filter.
4) Stop smoking or taking any form of tobacco (duh). Tobacco is loaded with yeast and fungus and their waste products (e.g. mycotoxins), among many other things.
5) Extreme moderation of alcohol, if at all. Alcohol is fermented and contains large amounts of the mycotoxins just mentioned. While studies have shown that red wine helps prevent heart disease, don’t take the red wine, take the purple grape juice mentioned above.
A Special Note on Hypertension
Both chelation therapy, mentioned elsewhere in this article, and the potassium balance may be potent solutions to the hypertension issue.
