Chapter 3: Execution of the DMSO / Colloidal Silver Protocol
This cancer treatment is broken into three phases.
The three phases (and sub-phases) can be summarized as follows:
Phase 2 – Six Hours After Phase 1 – MSM and “ASAP Plus” brand of Colloidal Silver
Phase 3 – Six Hours After Phase 2 – DMSO, silver concentrate and “ASAP Plus” brand of Colloidal Silver

Now the details will begin.
Phase 1 – Early Morning
Phase 1 is the early morning treatment. The early morning treatment consists of 3 grams of MSM water and 2 TABLEspoons of ASAP Plus colloidal silver. It should be mentioned that every brand of colloidal silver has its own unique safe dose level. Thus, do not use the doses in this article for any brand of colloidal silver other than ASAP Plus.
While ASAP Plus is only 22 PPM (Parts Per Million) do not worry about the fact it is only 22 ppm. It is a very, very potent brand of colloidal silver against very dangerous bacteria and the “cancer microbe” is a dangerous bacteria. This product is FDA tested against some of the deadliest bacteria in the world.
(Note: Do not take caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, during this treatment.)
Taking the MSM Water
The first thing you need to do each day in Phase 1 is take 3 grams of MSM. This can best be done by making “MSM water.” Mix 5 TABLEspoons of MSM water into several ounces of purified water. Drink this MSM water plus purified water.
A build-up to the regular dose will be necessary at the beginning of the treatment or else the stomach may not be able to handle this much MSM on the first day.
Here is the build-up of MSM Water:
Day 1: 1/2 TABLEspoon of MSM Water (then add several ounces of water before drinking),
Day 2: 1 TABLEspoon of MSM Water (ditto),
Day 3: 2 TABLEspoons of MSM Water (ditto),
Day 4: 3 TABLEspoons of MSM Water (ditto),
Day 5: 4 TABLEspoons of MSM Water (ditto),
Day 6 and thereafter: 5 TABLEspoons of MSM Water (ditto),
Always add water before drinking, mostly because of taste.
You only need to build-up once, unless you stop taking MSM water for 2 or 3 weeks. Thus, on Day 6 and thereafter you will always use 5 TABLEspoons of MSM water.
Taking the Colloidal Silver
After taking the MSM water, wait a few minutes and then place 2 TABLEspoons of ASAP Plus colloidal silver in several ounces of purified water. Drink this.
Do NOT mix the colloidal silver into the MSM water. The MSM must be taken a few minutes before the colloidal silver in order to “open” the cancer cell ports before the colloidal silver arrives at the cancer cells.
A build-up is also required for the colloidal silver.
The “build-up” is to start with ONE TEAspoon of ASAP Plus in several ounces of water and then the next day add ONE more TEAspoon (to equal 2 TEAspoons). On consecutive days add ONE more TEAspoon a day until you get to six TEAspoons (which is equal to two TABLEspoons, which is the dose used in this protocol).
Here is a recap of the build-up:
Day 1: 1 TEAspoons of ASAP Plus (in water),
Day 2: 2 TEAspoons of ASAP Plus (in water),
Day 3: 3 TEAspoons of ASAP Plus (in water),
Day 4: 4 TEAspoons of ASAP Plus (in water),
Day 5: 5 TEAspoons of ASAP Plus (in water),
Day 6 and thereafter: 6 TEAspoons of ASAP Plus (in water), which is equal to 2 TABLEspoons
The reason for the build-up is a problem called Herxheimer's Reaction. If you build-up too fast you may get a serious amount of toxins in your body. The toxins are created by dead microbes. Thus, you want to gradually kill the microbes in the blood by building up.
The early morning treatment has two key advantages.
First, it means less of the evening treatment is used up killing microbes in the bloodstream (meaning more of the colloidal silver in the evening is available to target cancer cells).
Second, many types of cancer spread via microbes in the bloodstream. For example, the microbes (which may be in a spore state, meaning they can easily move both outside of cancer cells and inside of normal cells) travel through the blood and may get inside of normal cells elsewhere in the body, thus turning them cancerous. Thus, the morning dose also helps prevent the spread of cancer.
Phase 2 – Six Hours After Phase 1
Phase 2 of the protocol is exactly like Phase one, but the treatment is taken in the early afternoon, about six hours after phase one. This phase uses the same build-up and normal dose as Phase 1.
Phase 3 – Six Hours After Phase 2 and Twelve Hours After Phase 1
An Important Note About Phase 3
Phase 3 is the evening treatment, which is taken about 6 hours after the early afternoon dose and about 12 hours after the morning treatment. The evening treatment is much more complex than the Phase 1 and Phase 2 doses. This phase includes DMSO, “silver concentrate” and ASAP Plus.
Because Phase 3 includes DMSO, which can cause body odor, there may be days when taking DMSO is not practical, such as when you are traveling on business or are visiting relatives. On a day-by-day basis, if you are not able to take the Phase 3 Protocol mentioned below, you should repeat the Phase 2 protocol in the evening instead of taking the Phase 3 protocol in the evening. This means you would only take MSM and ASAP Plus in the evening; as opposed to taking the regular Phase 3 Protocol mentioned below.
The Phase 3 Protocol
This option is somewhat more complex than the Phase 1 and Phase 2 protocols. First, let us talk about the second type of colloidal silver. Actually, the second type of “colloidal silver” is not colloidal silver at all, but we will refer to it as colloidal silver from time to time.
The Special Type of Colloidal Silver: Silver Concentrate
There are actually two completely different kinds of silver used in this protocol. We have already talked about the ASAP Plus, which is a special type of colloidal silver.
The other type of silver is called “Silver Concentrate” by the vendor. This product is completely different than ASAP Plus and is about 8,000 PPM silver. Much smaller doses of this product are taken than of ASAP Plus.
The reason for the “silver concentrate” is that it will hopefully “bind” to DMSO, meaning a DMSO molecule will attach to a silver concentrate molecule. If this is what happens, when the DMSO gets to the cancer cell it will be bound to a silver molecule. This is a more effective way to get silver inside the cancer cells.
The doses of this product are measured in DROPS, not TEAspoons. That is why you cannot “pour” this product out of the bottle. It can be a pain to even get one drop out of the bottle. The user will have to try different methods to get the drops out. Patience is a virtue.
This product is dropped directly into the DMSO and the two are mixed together, as will be described below.
Phase 3 – More Details
Phase 3 includes DMSO, “silver concentrate” and ASAP Plus. As already mentioned, DMSO can cause severe body odor, which is why DMSO is only used in the evening. The cancer patient cannot smell the body odor caused by DMSO so others will have to perform that task. The evening protocol should not be taken until all social activities are completed for the day. Different people react differently to DMSO in terms of the sulfur body odor. For some people, DMSO does not create any body odor.
Be aware that ONLY people who do NOT use DMSO can smell the body odor, thus if two people are using this protocol on the same days there needs to be a third person to detect the level of body odor.
The purpose of the evening dose is primarily to kill microbes inside the cancer cells. This is where DMSO comes into play.
The Three Parts of Phase Three
Phase 3 is actually in three parts, but the three parts combined only take a little over one hour. These will be called Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3. All three parts are identical to each other, they are just started 1/2 hour later than the previous part.
Part 1 of Phase 3
Part 1 of Phase 3 is to put 15 drops of DMSO into a small GLASS or ceramic bowl. Never, never use plastic bowls or any other type of plastic when using DMSO. Some DMSO vendors use plastic but they use special plastics. Plastic gloves should not be used either.
Once the 15 drops are put into the small glass bowl, then add exactly 7 drops of silver concentrate into the DMSO.
Leave the DMSO and silver concentrate in the bowl for three minutes, stirring every 20 or 30 seconds.
After the three minutes wait put the DMSO/silver concentrate in a glass of purified water or distilled water. Stir for 10 or 15 seconds then drink the water.
No build-up is needed for the DMSO but there is a build-up for silver concentrate.
FIVE MINUTES after drinking the DMSO/Silver Concentrate water you should drink ONE TABLEspoon of ASAP Plus (which is also put in several ounces of water). The build-up of colloidal silver has already been mentioned.
We can summarize the DMSO, silver concentrate and colloidal silver for Part 1 as follows:
Part 1 of Phase 3 – DMSO with Build-Up of Silver Concentrate and ASAP Plus
Day 1: 15 drops of DMSO (in water), then add 2 drops of silver concentrate, wait 3 minutes stirring once in awhile. Mix with water and drink. Five minutes later take one TEAspoons of colloidal silver (in water),
Day 2: 15 drops of DMSO (in water), then add 3 drops of silver concentrate, wait 3 minutes stirring once in awhile. Mix with water and drink. Five minutes later take two TEAspoons of colloidal silver (in water),
Day 3: 15 drops of DMSO (in water), then add 4 drops of silver concentrate, wait 3 minutes stirring once in awhile. Mix with water and drink. Five minutes later take three TEAspoons of colloidal silver (in water),
Day 4: 15 drops of DMSO (in water), then add 5 drops of silver concentrate, wait 3 minutes stirring once in awhile. Mix with water and drink. Five minutes later take four TEAspoons of colloidal silver (in water),
Day 5: 15 drops of DMSO (in water), then add 6 drops of silver concentrate, wait 3 minutes stirring once in awhile. Mix with water and drink. Five minutes later take five TEAspoons of colloidal silver (in water),
Day 6: and thereafter: 15 drops of DMSO (in water), then add 7 drops of silver concentrate, wait 3 minutes stirring once in awhile. Mix with water and drink. Five minutes later take six TEAspoons of colloidal silver (in water), which is equal to the two TABLEspoons.
Part 2 of Phase 3
Part 2 of Phase 3 is identical to Part 1, but it is started one-half hour after starting Part 1.
Part 3 of Phase 3
Part 3 of Phase 3 is identical to Part 1 and Part 2, but it is started one-half hour after starting Part 2.
Taken together, Part 1 plus Part 2 plus Part 3 only take a little over an hour.
How Long Should the Treatment Be Taken?
This treatment can be taken indefinitely. Every six weeks the patient should take the CA Profile test (see below).
If the CA Profile number does not increase each time it is taken, continue with this treatment (see below).
If the CA Profile test number increases, discontinue this treatment and use a more proven alternative cancer treatment, such as the Cellect-Budwig protocol. Notify Webster Kehr of your experience (see email at bottom of page).
In EITHER CASE, please notify the ICRF every time you take a CA Profile test and provide a short description of your case history. If the treatment is not working for some reason, we will be happy to recommend a stronger treatment for your situation.
How You Can Help Other Cancer Patients
This treatment can never be perfected without information from people who have used this treatment. It is this information, and nothing else, which will allow us to fine-tune this treatment for other cancer patients. You become a cancer researcher when you use this treatment. If you do not contact the ICRF, then you are only benefiting yourself, not others, with information that may help them.
Before starting this treatment, or as soon as possible, the cancer patient should take the CA Profile test to establish a “baseline” for how well this protocol works. Please send us an email when you get your CA Profile test result (you may have already started the treatment by then).
As mentioned above the patient should also take the CA Profile every six weeks. Every CA Profile score should be forwarded to the ICRF with information about what treatment is being used, how the patient is doing, etc.
