I was recently diagnosed with stage 1 renal cell carcinoma in one of my kidneys. At the same time the CT scan revealed a kidney stone in each kidney. I'm otherwise very healthy, as I eat well and exercise daily.

Are there any contraindication because I have kidney stones, for the dirt cheap protocol?

The DCP has 28 items total of which it is encouraged to choose 14. Because of this, you can certainly choose items that have no contraindications with kidney stones. Because we include so many different treatments on our site and there are so many different situations for patients, it is impossible for us to know about every contraindication.

We encourage our visitors to do some solid research and also speak with their health care team to find out what is best for their personal situation.

    I hope that helps.

I had to have surgery to remove 3 kidney stones. While I did research, I have come to the conclusion that in my opinion, spinach is one ofthe worst foods anyone can consume, and very dangerous for anyone who is prone to getting kidney stones. Its just my opinion.

Thanks for the reply Tara. That makes sense. I've done some research and the only potential conflict is the vitamin c, which is contraindicated for people prone to kidney stones.

Jennifer, I'm not fond of spinach myself 🙂
