    Good morning from Kiev Ukraine,

I am new to the BD and have been driven mad looking for an appropriate blender. So far I understand that the fo/cc should be mixed at a slow speed and I assume that I should be looking for a blender that has low watts and two and slow? The only blender I can see with low watts is a Kenwood and the watts are 350.It has two speeds and I think two blades. Would this be suitable as I do not want to ruin the nutritional value of the fo/cc and waste my money.
    Many thanks for your help

Yes that type of blender would be fine. Also you need to blend the Flaxseed oil and Quark for about 1 minute for it to totally blend and make sure no yellow oil is visible in the mixture
