    OK I read somewhere that one has to keep the Budwig mixture separate from items that are anti-oxygen are fruit not anti-oxygen and thus interact with the Budwig ??



    Hello Joe. Dr. Budwig encouraged juicing and eating as many fruits and vegetables as possible. I have been following her 15 steps )see her books) now for about 5 months. My daily FOCC #1 is the FOCC mixture with honey, walnuts, blueberries and strawberries. My FOCC #2 is the FOCC mixture with pineapple, banana, honey and walnuts. You can also do a sweet and savory mixture instead of fruit substituting the fruit for veggies and substituting the honey for garlic, pepper, etc.
    I find the Budwig FOCC to be very filling. Dr. Budwig also encouraged juicing (which is high in anti-oxidants.) She laid out a time table for consumption throughout the day. It is a very strict regiment. I have never felt better in my whole life. Many cancer patients have had high degrees of success following her protocol.
